Use Cardfish Responsibly

It is up to users of the service to ensure that the cards they buy and send are suitable for the recipient (as would be the case with a tradional paper card) Some Cardfish Cards may not be suitable for under 18s. Others may be disturbing to the wrong audience. Remember you are resonsible for what you choose to send. PLeae preview each card before you send it mindful of you who are sending it to.

Charges

There are no charges to the recipient of the card. The sender of the card is charged via a range of options and tariffs depending on the country in which they are resident. Various billing options are listed on the payment page and further details on each of these are available below.

Delivery

The cardfish service is designed to facilitate card delivery to any country,the users of all major internet browsers and the subscribers of any fixed line or mobile telephone. You will receive email notification of the delivery of your card and will also be notified when it has been opened and (in the case of 'Calling Cards' )your recipient has received the requisite phone call. In the event that your card is not delivered for any reason you are provided with an opportunity to resend at no cost. If this fails please contact customer service for a full refund.
